All products in this store are made to order and fulfilled by third‑party print providers through our production partner. Orders are produced and shipped directly from the provider closest to your location whenever possible.
Processing Times
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Processing times can vary slightly depending on the product and order volume, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printify’s shipping profiles and the products in your order. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we may offer a re‑shipment at your expense or a partial refund according to our discretion and our production partner’s policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will work with our production partner to arrange a free replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
